The Mountain Club on Loon

The Mountain Club on Loon offers quarter-share ownership right on the ski slopes.  Lots of amenities to enjoy; from the fitness center to mountain activities.  Eligible for exchanges through RCI or Interval International. 

Each suite has a traditional hotel room style bedroom and lock-out studio with a fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy carefree ownership of fully furnished and decorated suites. Natural pine & oak, rich fabrics with a Southwestern motif, ceramic tile, and stylish, comfortable furnishings create a soothing, contemporary ambiance. 

Your dues pay for everything from utilities to refurbishment. And with the convenient slope side location, these units are the most desirable to rent in the area.

Year Round Ownership - Many people ask us if year round ownership is possible at the Mountain Club. The answer is Yes! However, at the current time year round ownership is only attainable through purchasing all 4 weeks in different units.

The Grand Suite - A 2 bedroom version   of the club suite with two decks. These units have the standard bedroom and   studio layout with an additional bedroom with two queen size beds. Both bathrooms each have a whirlpool jet tub to relax in  after a hard day of skiing or hiking.

The Kinsman Suite - This town home is second to none as it is the only one this style in the Mountain Club quarter-share resort. This ski-on/ski-off condominium suite, 2+ bedroom, 2 bath town home sleeps a total of 10 people comfortably. Featuring top quality appointments and furnishings and an interior stairway down to the ski lockers & homeowner's lounge. You can relax in the jetted tub or enjoy views from each of the three balconies!
