2. Painting
3. New Carpet
4. New Tile Floors
5. Appliances and Counter-Tops
6. New Window Treatments
7. New Tub and Shower with tiled walls
8. Sleeper Love Seat or Sleeper Chairs in the bedroom side
9. Fold down Wall Bed in the Living Room Side.
