Your dues also cover two annual “shakedown” cleanings of the unit. In addition when you, as an owner stay in your unit, you will pay a $40 cleaning fee per whole suite($58 for Kinsman). This covers, housekeeping charges for vacuuming, changing of sheets, towels, and washing of all appliance, bathrooms, dishes, etc.
** Please note that yearly dues are based on participation in the rental program at the Mountain Club and the increase in dues for the 3rd & 4th quarter are for capital reserves. **
As an owner at the Mountain Club, you can also join RCI and trade your weeks to many different resort communities around the world. There is an additional charge for trading your week. For more information please call RCI at 1-800-338-7777.
