Who We Are...

Although we are a subsidiary of Loon Mountain, we sell more than on-mountain properties. We are a full service real estate office selling properties throughout the North Country. We work cooperatively with all of the local agencies to find the best property to fit your needs.

Where We Are...

We are located at the base of Loon Mountain next to the Adventure Center. Our office is open Monday thru Saturday 9:00 - 5:00 and Sunday 10:00 - 4:00. You can access our voice mail or email 24 hours a day.

Getting To Us

Traveling on I-93, take exit 32 and turn left at the bottom of the ramp onto Rt. 112, also known as the Kancamagus Highway. This will take you right through the commercial downtown area of Lincoln and as you go beyond this area about two miles, you'll come to the entry bridge for Loon Mountain on your right. Cross the bridge and at the end of it, turn left and go a few hundred feet and look for our parking sign.
